West Yorkshire Valeting LTD – Terms and Conditions

1. Services Offered

• We provide professional vehicle valeting and detailing services at our fully equipped unit.

• Services include full interior/exterior cleans, protective treatments, and enhancement options.

• PPF (Paint Protection Film) installation may be introduced in future, subject to bespoke bookings.

• ​

2. Deposits and Bookings

• A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments.

• Deposits are non-refundable if cancellation occurs less than 48 hours prior, though bookings may be rescheduled once subject to availability.

• For PPF services, all deposits are strictly non-refundable due to custom material costs.

3. Cancellations and Missed Appointments

• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for deposit refund or reschedule.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice results in forfeiture of deposit, though rescheduling is permitted once.

• No-shows without notice will be charged the full service fee.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is required immediately once the vehicle is ready, with no exceptions.

• Any concerns regarding service must be raised and addressed before final payment and leaving the premises.

• Accepted payment methods: Cash, BACS, Debit/Credit Card, Klarna, or Clearpay (3-payment option).

5. Vehicle Condition and Responsibility

• Please ensure your vehicle is in a reasonable condition prior to service. Heavily soiled vehicles may incur a surcharge.

• We accept no responsibility for pre-existing damage (e.g. faded paintwork, worn interiors, loose trims).

• Any damage caused during the service will be investigated thoroughly. Liability is limited to the cost of repair.

 

6. Weather and Operational Integrity

• Services are rarely affected by weather due to our enclosed unit.

• In exceptional circumstances (e.g. flooding, snowfall), appointments may be rescheduled.

 

7. Satisfaction and Quality Assurance

• All issues must be raised before leaving the site and will be addressed promptly.

• We pride ourselves on high standards—no shortcuts, no excuses.

 

8. Privacy and Data Handling

• Client details are stored securely for service coordination and internal use only.

• We do not share personal data with third parties. By booking, you consent to relevant communication.

 

9. Insurance Coverage

• West Yorkshire Valeting LTD is fully insured, covering:

  • Public Liability

  • Road Risk

  • Damage to Property
